Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Incorrect or Lost Orders
